This is a plain-language summary of how the Jeff MacIntyre for Ward 12 campaign handles your information. It is not formal legal advice.
What we collect
When you fill out our volunteer form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, home address, and any volunteer-interest checkboxes you select.
Why we collect it
We use this information to organize volunteers, to verify that supporters live in Ward 12, and to keep supporters informed about the campaign.
How long we keep it
We retain your information for the duration of the 2026 municipal election campaign. After the campaign ends, we delete it, unless you tell us you'd like to stay in touch.
We only send you email if you've given express consent, in line with Canada's anti-spam law (CASL). Every campaign email includes an unsubscribe link.
Tracking and analytics
We don't use third-party advertising trackers, and we don't set cookies. We use privacy-preserving analytics that count visits without identifying you or following you to other sites.
Where your data is stored
Campaign data is hosted in Canada, using Supabase's ca-central-1 region.
Requesting removal
To ask us to remove your information at any time, email jeff@jeffmacintyre.ca.
